Studio Verde  curates and runs international Art residency programmes. Their objective is to integrate Science, Art and Community through immersion and collaboration.

Studio Verde brings together artists, curators, and researchers in places of biodiversity. Workshops led by local and indigenous specialists in ecology, animal monitoring, botany, and entomology create spaces of rich collaboration.

 

Established in 2021 by artist Maisie McNeice, Studio Verde is rooted at the intersection of art and ecology and has become a hub for multidisciplinary creatives and changemakers. 

 

Artist in Residence programs in Italy’s Umbria, the Peruvian Amazon and Kenya’s Maasai Mara explore and expand the relationship of art to environmental activism and nurture innovative approaches to global environmental challenges.
