International Call for Artists - Traveling Exhibition

Call for Artists: Artwork related to the mining industry and the impact on surrounding communities and the environment.
MINE: What is Ours in the Wake of Extraction, an interdisciplinary multimedia experience bridging art and science to address climate and environmental justice issues by amplifying the voices of Indigenous and underrepresented communities impacted by the mining industry.
MINE draws parallels between geographic locations with a shared extractive impact.
Honorarium: Selected artists will receive $500 and reimbursement for shipping costs. Additional honorarium may be awarded at the discretion of the selection committee.
All Media Accepted: Each applicant can submit up to three works of art and one film. All works must be original and created by the submitting artist. No prints of original art will be accepted.

A collaboration between the University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press, Delaware Environmental Institute, Studio Verde, Amazon Aid, and the ACEER Foundation.
